REFUND POLICY

Refunds - Returns

No refunds will be given on tuning after the first file is sent. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the receipt of the product and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. All returns must be brand new and in their original, unopened packaging. Special order items are not eligible for return. All Motor Research Labs reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered). If a free shipping item is returned, the outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping as well. All orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee when paying by credit card or Paypal. Custom orders which are cancelled will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Returned Item Evaluation

Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct an evaluation:

  • If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 10-14 days.

  • If the item does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the right to deny the request, and no refund will be issued.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Chargeback Prevention: Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment service provider, we ask that you contact our customer service. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and satisfactorily.


Dispute Investigation: If a chargeback is filed, we will provide evidence to the financial institution supporting our position and refuting the dispute. All Motor Labs reserves the right to cease collaboration with customers who file chargebacks with the bank, regardless of the resolution from the financial institution.
